REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We at Lotuk we work hard to provide quality socks that are meant to feel good and inspire. You may be wearing them on the street or in the office. Either way, we want you happy with your socks.
RETURNS FOR REFUNDS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of you receiving your order on unworn products.

*Please note that by using a prepaid credit card, the full refund will be credited to that specific card, so you need to keep the card in your possession. However, read the fine print on the prepaid card before using because some of those cards cannot be reloaded, in which case we cannot credit your return.
We are currently not able to offer exchanges for purchased items. If you'd like a different design or size, then the best thing to do is to return your unwanted item(s) to us for a refund and place a new order. See return for directions.
Tracking your order is easy. Simply go find the link on your shipping confirmation email. On the day your order is shipped out, the email will be sent. Or, log into your account at Lotuk.com to check the status.
Changing your order is unfortunately difficult to do. Because shipping is so fast paced, making changes is not possible.
PRODUCT IMAGE DISCLAIMER
Because each computer or telephone screen displays color differently, we can’t guarantee the accuracy of the actual colors on your screen. Nevertheless, we use great colors on our socks and hope you love them.

Basic information like your order history, billing & shipping address, tracking your order can be found on your account. Having a password will ensure you that you are the only one having access to your account.
OPENING AN ACCOUNT
To open an account, click My Account before ordering, or simply wait till you are prompted to do so when placing your order. Creating an account is easy and safe and offers a quick way to place your order each time. This will also enable you to receive emails about your order & its tracking information.
There are a few benefits in setting up an account with us. By customizing your shipping & billing preferences, you can order your favorite items quicker.
